Ordering from Adara

Every abaya is made in-house after your order is received. Nothing is ready-made. Sizes 50–62 are abaya lengths; each abaya includes a matching sheila.

Payments

Cards and Apple Pay. No cash on delivery.

UAE delivery

Free shipping on every order. Every abaya is made to order, and delivery takes 8–10 days in total, including the time to make it.

GCC and worldwide

We ship across the GCC and internationally. Contact us on WhatsApp for shipping costs and delivery times for your destination.

Exchanges, refunds and returns

We want you to love your abaya. If the size isn't right, you can exchange it within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, with all tags and original packaging.

You cover shipping on exchanges, unless your item arrived faulty or wasn't what you ordered. In that case, we cover it.
