How long does delivery take?

UAE orders arrive in 8–10 days, including the time to make your abaya, with free shipping. Contact us for GCC and international delivery times and costs.

Are your abayas made to order?

Yes. Every abaya is made for you once we receive your order. The 8–10 day UAE delivery includes the making time.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, across the GCC and worldwide.

What payment methods do you accept?

Cards and Apple Pay. No cash on delivery.

How do I choose my size?

Our sizes (50–62) are abaya lengths. Use the size guide on each product page, or message us on WhatsApp and we'll help.

Can I exchange my abaya?

Yes, within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, with tags and original packaging. You cover exchange shipping unless the item arrived faulty or wasn't what you ordered.

Can I return it for a refund?

No. We offer exchanges only.
